The Rosemundy House Hotel is a family-run 3-star hotel set in secluded gardens just a short stroll from the centre of St Agnes. Offering a cosy and traditional setting, the hotel boasts comfortable en-suite bedrooms, a welcoming bar, and a spacious dining room. It’s the perfect base for a relaxing festive break in the heart of Cornwall.
Day 1
After being collected from your local pick-up point, we have refreshment stops as required before arriving in St Agnes late afternoon. Tonight, there is a Sherry Reception in the bar before dinner.
Day 2
Today, we spend the day in Truro - Cornwall's only city and a delightful blend of heritage, shopping, and culture. You'll have ample free time to explore at your own pace. Visit the stunning Truro Cathedral with its soaring spires, browse the independent shops and indoor markets, or enjoy a relaxing coffee in one of the many cafés. With its compact city centre and friendly atmosphere, Truro is perfect for a full day's visit.
Day 3
After breakfast, we visit the bustling maritime town of Falmouth, where you'll have free time to explore the attractive harbour, browse the independent shops or enjoy lunch overlooking the waterfront. This afternoon, we continue to Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm for a 60-minute guided tour and tasting, where we'll discover the traditional craft of Cornish cider-making before sampling a selection of their award-winning ciders and spirits. There will also be time to browse the farm shop before we return to our hotel.
Day 4
Sadly, after breakfast we head home, with stops as required before returning home.
